Independently crafted in California, the Newport Flap Card Wallet was our very first wallet design. Like many of our products, this can be used multiple ways. You can put your cards in the front pocket under the flap and fold a little cash to slip in the back pocket. You can keep rarely-used cards in the front pocket under the flap, and every-day-use cards in the back pocket for quicker draws.
This piece is saddle-stitched by hand using Ritza Tiger thread from Germany. The leather on this piece is one of our absolute favorites - a 100% vegetable tanned "Vachetta" leather from the Badalassi Carlo tannery in Milan, Italy. This leather ages beautifully, quickly giving users a wonderful patina and a piece that feels like home, much faster than other leathers.
